We may not look alike

But trust me, we are the same from inside

You could look fair, I might look dark

But from within, we share the same spark

Some of us are tall, some might be short

There are criteria that differentiates us apart

But we are also very same in most mien

Our words could vary, but thoughts are the twin

The pain you feel is felt by me

The thoughts we encounter are same, you see

We love the good and hate the bad

The positives makes us happy and the wrong makes us sad

The emotions we carry are exactly the same

So differentiating each other is actually insane

We make mistakes and we also move on

We teach ourselves what's correct and what's wrong

We weep, we sob, we cry, we shout

We laugh, we smile, we cheer, we doubt

We love, we hate, we try, we break

We lose, we win, we improve and rebegin

Though we're separated by many odds

But we were created the same by gods

Our outer look differentiates us too
